With our head office and service centre situated in the Sandton suburb of Johannesburg, we are perfectly located to serve you. Should you require any service or repair on your Rotary watch, you are welcome to bring it to our service centre or take it to your nearest Rotary retail store.

TWO YEAR INTERNATIONAL GUARANTEE

All Rotary watches are manufactured to exacting standards and comes with a 2 Year guarantee. This guarantee covers the defects in components resulting from manufacturing of the watch, from date of purchase.

12 MONTH EXTENDED GUARANTEE

When you register your watch on www.rotarywatches.com/guarantee we will extend your 2 year guarantee by an extra 12 months. All terms and conditions as stated above will apply.

Any repair claims under guarantee require proof of purchase, in the form of a dated Rotary Guarantee card or till receipt from an authorised Rotary stockist.

Bracelet or Leather Strap
Damage resulting from an accident, normal wear, negligence, misuse or abuse.
Intervention of any person not authorised to repair Rotary watches.
